ABOUT STEFAN M. BELINFANTI (FOUNDER)

As the founder and principal of Belinfanti Law, P.C., Stefan has significant experience in insurance litigation, federal litigation, appellate practice, and commercial litigation. He obtained his law degree from Fordham University School of Law where he was a member of the Fordham International Law Journal and interned at the federal enforcement branch of the U.S. Dept. of Education (Office for Civil Rights). Stefan's professional career includes  serving as inhouse counsel for an insurance carrier and employment as the managing attorney at several plaintiff-oriented law firms.

At Belinfanti Law P.C., we focus heavily on providing an open channel of communications with our clients and attention to their needs, so that clients never feel like afterthoughts or footnotes.
